The following are the terms and conditions of the “FootbALL-IN mania” promotion (the "Promotion"). The Promotion shall be organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Promoter") who is the owner and operator, inter alia, of the brands 888sport and 888poker. Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

1. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Prize, as such term is defined below, along with our standard '888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement' (the 'EULA'). In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the provisions contained in the EULA, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall prevail.
2. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter with a proof of age and/or identity.
3. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter and any entities affiliated or related to the Promoter shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion. For the purposes herein, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
4. Only one person per household or per computer terminal shall be allowed to enter the Promotion and win the Prize(s).
5. Entrants are allowed to make multiple entries for the Promotion and win more than one Prize.
6. The Promotion is not open to VIP members.
7. The Promotion shall be open ONLY to players who have either made a deposit with the Promoter or have received money into their account from a third party via the Promoter's money transfer feature.
8. The Promotion shall commence on May 26, 2010 and shall conclude on July 11, 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time. The Promoter also reserves the right to prolong the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
9. The prizes herein shall include Vouchers, free bets, Shirts, bonuses, free tickets (collectively "the Prize").
10. Claim emails/congrats emails must be replied to within 72 hours of receipt.
11. Vouchers to shop at subsidesports.com will be sent by email, after receipt of claim reply.
12. Vouchers to shop at subsidesports.com cannot be redeemed to real cash.
13. Vouchers to shop at subsidesports.com expire 60 days after congrats e-mail is sent.
14. The Promoter will not be held responsible for lack of stock of certain sport goods, or for undeliverable merchandise.
15. Free bet tokens will be uploaded to winners' accounts up to 72 hours after winners follow directions from a congrats email and upon receipt of a claim email.
16. Free bet tokens must be used in their entirety. They cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets.
17. Free bet token value is not included in any bet returns and expires after 30 days.
18. 888sport free bet will be removed from winners' accounts in 30 days if not used by then.
19. 888sport free bets are not transferrable, resaleable or redeemable for cash. Winners will receive details of how to claim their free bet at 888sport via email. Winners must then log into 888sport within 48 hours.
20. 888sport winners will receive details of how to claim their free bet at 888sport via email once the tournaments are over. Winners must then log in to 888sport within 48 hours after receipt of email.
21. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize(s) and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
22. We reserve the right to exclude specific members from participation in the Promotion at our sole discretion.
23. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Promoter to use your name, likeness and image for promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter the right to do so should you win the Prize.
24. By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the Prize(s).
25. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
26. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion (including any of the routes therein) if, in the sole judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
27. The winners of the Prize(s) shall be solely responsible for paying any relevant taxes levied in relation to the receipt or payment of the Prize(s).

29. Only bets placed on football and settled during the Promotion Period shall qualify.
30. Qualifying bets must be ‘Real Money’ sport bets.

33. If your initial bet is voided, your second real money bet will count.
34. Only losing bets (zero returns) are refunded.
35. A maximum of 1 x $5 refund will be payable per qualifying member, household, computer, email address or payment details.
36. In order to cash out your 'No Lose' bet refund it must be wagered 20 times in 888poker.
37. Refunds will be credited within 72 hours of qualifying bet being settled.
