Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of 888poker’s “A New Era” promotion (the "Promotion"). The Promotion shall be organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Promoter") who is the owner and operator, inter alia, of the brand 888poker. Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

1. All 888poker Terms and Conditions apply.
2. 888poker’s Privacy Policy also applies.
3. The prize is not refundable or saleable and there are no deals.
4. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Prize, as such term is defined below, along with our standard '888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement' (the 'EULA'). In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the provisions contained in the EULA, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall prevail.
5. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter with a proof of age and/or identity.
6. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter and any entities affiliated or related to the Promoter shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion. For the purposes herein, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
7. Only one person per household or per computer terminal shall be allowed to enter the Promotion and win the Prize(s).
8. Entrants are allowed to make multiple entries for the Promotion and win more than one Prize.
9. The Promotion shall be open ONLY to players who have either made a deposit with the Promoter or have received money into their account from a third party via the Promoter's money transfer feature.
10. The Promotion shall commence on July 27, 2010 and shall conclude on Aug 11, 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time. The Promoter also reserves the right to prolong the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
11. The prizes herein shall include cash, iPads, Kindles, Sony Home Cinema Sound System, tournament ticket entry (collectively "the Prize").
12. The Promoter will not be held responsible for lack of stock of certain goods, or for undeliverable merchandise.
13. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize(s) and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
14. We reserve the right to exclude specific members from participation in the Promotion at our sole discretion.
15. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Promoter to use your name, likeness and image for promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter the right to do so should you win the Prize.
16. By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the Prize(s).
17. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
18. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion (including any of the routes therein) if, in the sole judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
19. The count for the Sit & Go offer is only for 6 handed tables and above.
20. Only players who registered for the promotion will be eligible for the “Sit & Go” offer.
21. Only Sit and Go games above 1$ will be counted.
22. Members only have until Thursday in each week to play the 10 Sit & Go’s.
23. Winners who take seats to the $15,000 tournament can only take 1 seat at each of the 2 different $15K tourneys.
24. Only members who registered to the community during the campaign period are eligible for the “Play Your Friends” Tournament (Restricted).
25. The winners of the Prize(s) shall be solely responsible for paying any relevant taxes levied in relation to the receipt or payment of the Prize(s).
26. 888poker will not be responsible for shipping and handling of merchandise.
27. 888poker offers are intended for recreational players and 888poker may limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any promotion.
28. 888poker’s decision is final on all matters relating to any reward and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
29. 888poker reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion at any stage without prior notice.
30. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
31. All 888poker fraud and collusion rules apply.
32. Any fraudulent activity detected in this Promotion will result in the Promoter removing any and all winning Prizes from the guilty parties. 888poker maintains the right to use winner's photo, testimonial and details for promotional purposes.
33. PLEASE NOTE: The mention of or reference to any event within these Promotion pages and by way of the awarding of the Prizes available does not express or imply any association with or endorsement by such event of the Promoter's products or services and no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred.
34. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gibraltar courts.
