  2. The prize is not refundable and there are no deals.
  3. The prize consists of a one twentieth share in a new one year Racehorse Syndicate to be set up in April/May 2013.
  4. Each one twentieth share is valued at £3,000. This price includes the purchase of the Race Horse at Bloodstock sales and all variable costs for one year.
  5. The prize will entitle the winner to 5% of the winnings of the syndicate horse and a payment at the end of the partnership if the horse is auctioned.
  6. The horse will only be sold at auction if the Committee votes in the majority for sale. If the horse is not voted for sale then it may be re-syndicated with the option for existing partners to continue paying variable costs themselves.
  7. Terms and conditions apply and all winners will sign a one year agreement.
  8. By participating in a Race Horse Syndicate - Qualifier, you grant 888.com the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation and you expressly waive any claims against 888.com in this regard.
  9. All 888poker fraud and collusion rules apply. Any fraudulent activity detected in this Promotion will result in the Promoter removing any and all winning Prizes from the guilty parties.
  10. By entering a Race Horse Syndicate - Qualifier each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Qualifier and the awarding of the prizes.
