Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of 888poker’s “The BIG DEAL” 2011 promotion (the "Promotion"). The Promotion shall be organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Promoter") who is the owner and operator, inter alia, of the brand 888poker. Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

GENERAL:

  1. All 888poker terms & conditions apply.
  2. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Prize, as such term is defined below, along with our standard '888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement' (the 'EULA') and 'Privacy Policy'. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the provisions contained in the EULA, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall prevail.
  3. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter with a proof of age and/or identity.
  4. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter and any entities affiliated or related to the Promoter shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion. For the purposes herein, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
  5. Only one person per household or per computer terminal shall be allowed to enter the Promotion and win the Prize.
  6. Entrants are allowed to make multiple entries for the Promotion and win more than one Prize.
  7. The Promotion shall be open ONLY to players who have either made a deposit with the Promoter or have received money into their account from a third party via the Promoter's money transfer feature.
  8. The Promotion shall commence on 27/9/2011 and shall conclude on 23/10/2011 (the "Promotion Period"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time. The Promoter also reserves the right to prolong the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
  9. The prizes herein shall include cash, 888poker Reward Store coupons & tournament entries (collectively "the Prize").
  10. The prize is not refundable or saleable and there are no deals.
  11. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
  12. We reserve the right to exclude specific members from participation in the Promotion at our sole discretion.
  13. Any fraudulent activity will result in winner(s) being stripped of their prize and additional actions being taken by 888.com Fraud Department up to and including the termination of the member’s account with 888poker.
  14. By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the Prize.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion without prior notice if, in the sole judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
  17. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
  18. All 888poker fraud and collusion rules apply. Any fraudulent activity detected in this Promotion will result in the Promoter removing any and all winning Prizes from the guilty parties.
  19. PokerCam tables are only available from the download version of 888poker.
  20. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gibraltar courts.
