888poker's ChampionChips Series 2019 Promotion Terms & Conditions

 

The following are the terms and conditions of the “ChampionChips” promotion (the "Promotion") for www.888poker.com (the “Site”). The Promotion is organised by the applicable contracting Company as defined in the Terms and Conditions ("us" or "we" or "our" or "Company"), who is the operator of the Site. Participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute complete acceptance of the provisions below.

General

  1. The Promotion shall commence on 26.7.2019 and shall conclude on 11.8.2019 (the “Promotion Period”). However, we may conclude the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period or may prolong the Promotion Period including without limitation, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.
  2. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site and the 888poker client under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
  3. For security and verification purposes, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device.
  4. Persons located in certain countries including, but not limited to, the United States of America, Israel, and Turkey are neither eligible to open an account with us, make any deposits nor use our services. We reserve the right to amend the list of countries from which we will not accept users of our services.
  5. If you have a pending message on the Site’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
  6. None of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents or any other company within our group of companies or our suppliers, vendors or white label partners are permitted to participate in the Promotion, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose ‘relative’ means any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
  7. All times and dates are in GMT.
  8. We may alter these terms and conditions, including without limitation where required for security reasons, as a result of exceptional circumstances beyond our control, or as a result of changes to applicable law or regulation.
  9. All prizes, bonuses, promotional offers and other benefits hereunder, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
  10. If you register or play in the UK:
    1. You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the UK User Agreement which includes, but is not limited to, the Bonus Policy.
    2. Withdrawing funds: your deposit balance (defined as Transaction Balance under our Withdrawal Policy) is available for withdrawal at any time. General withdrawal terms apply. For further info see our Withdrawal Policy.
  11. If you do not register or play in the UK:
    1. You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the User Agreement which includes but is not limited to the Bonus Policy.
    2. Withdrawing funds: for further information on how you can withdraw funds from your account, please see our Withdrawal Policy.
  12. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

Eligibility

  1. This Promotion is available only to players who meet all of the following terms ("Player"):
    • You may only participate in the Promotion, if you have directly received an e-mail from the Site, or a pop up within the 888poker software, to which these terms and conditions are linked.
    • You may only participate in the Promotion if you: (i) have registered with the Site, deposited real money in your Site's account and have made a real money bet of USD 1 or more during the 24 months preceding the start date of the Promotion Period, or (ii) make first real money deposit into your account with the Site after the start date of the Promotion Period.
  2. You may be asked at any stage to provide us with a proof of age and/or identity.
  3. You may not participate in this Promotion more than once.
  4. The Company reserves the right to void your eligibility to receive bonuses, prizes and rewards offered under this Promotion in case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraudulent activities at the Website. You will be notified via email upon Company's decision to void your eligibility as aforementioned. Please note that following said notification, Company may decide not to block your account with the Website, including your continued access to the Promotion activities. Nevertheless, and regardless of your continued participation in the Promotion activities following Company's decision as aforementioned, your eligibility to receive the bonuses, prizes or rewards offered under this Promotion will remain void.

The Promotion

  1. By participating in this Promotion each member agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the User Agreement which includes, but is not limited to, the Bonus Policy.
  2. You may only participate in the Promotion if you have directly received an e-mail or pop up message from the Site to which these terms and conditions are linked.
  3. Between 26.7.2019 and 3.8.2019, 888poker will run ‘ChampionChips’ Qualifiers three times daily (hereinafter referred to as a “Qualifier”) ahead of the ‘ChampionChips’ (hereinafter referred to as the “Series Tournaments”).
  4. Qualifiers are only available for players who have made at least one deposit in the 888poker cashier.
  5. The top 50 players in each Qualifier are automatically registered to the corresponding ‘ChampionChips’ Series Tournament.
  6. Players who are already registered to a specific series tournament cannot register to the Qualifier relating to it.
  7. Series Tournaments will run between 4.8.2019 and 11.8.2019.
  8. Details relating to the structure and division of prizes in the ChampionChips may be modified at any point during the Promotion at 888poker’s discretion.
