Terms and Conditions
  1. All 888poker Terms and Conditions apply.
  2. The winners of the Qualifiers win a $15,500 package to the 2013 WSOP Asia Pacific Main Event.
  3. The promotion is from 31/07/2012 until 24/03/2013. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time.
  4. Entrants who win seats in a WSOP APAC tournament can only win 1 seat per tournament per player.
  5. The promotion code can only be used once in the cashier and for one account only.
  6. Players who deposit during the promotion period using the promotion code will receivea tournament ticket to the WSOP APAC 2013 STEP 1 (R&A) (worth $1.10)
  7. The tournament ticket will be granted immediately after the successful deposit.
  8. The tournament ticket can be used to register in any WSOP APAC 2013 STEP 1 (R&A)
  9. The tournament ticket is valid for 14 days.
  10. Members who cannot see the tournament ticket must re-download the 888poker software.
  11. The prize is not refundable or saleable and there are no deals.
  12. WSOP APAC Qualifiers events are open to players over the age of 18 only.
  13. Any fraudulent activity will result in winner(s) being stripped of their prize and additional actions being taken by 888.com Fraud Department up to and including the termination of the member’s account with 888.com.
  14. By participating in this event members herby agree to act as ambassadors for 888.com at the 2013 WSOP Asia Pacific which includes wearing exclusively throughout the duration of the event (including the final table) the branded clothing provided by 888.com.
  15. 888.com does not endorse any deals whatsoever in any of our tournament qualifiers and as a result will not be held responsible or liable for settling any private deals made between members.
  16. During the WSOP Asia Pacific event, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced by the tournament organizers which may include disqualification. If an 888.com ambassador or qualifier is penalized or disqualified at the WSOP APAC 2013 event as a result of an infraction of the rules set forth by the tournament organizers, then 888.com assumes no responsibility or liability for the ambassador or qualifier’s entry into the event and no refund will be provided.
  17. Winners of the Prize packages are solely responsible for ensuring that their travel documents are up to date and that any visa needed to travel is obtained. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for winners being unable to travel due to lack of appropriate travel documents.
  18. The Promoter is not responsible for changing flights, accommodation and anything else relating to the itinerary after the winner has chosen the holiday destination package.
  19. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
