Terms & Conditions - £20 Bonus Package

The Most Important Terms & Conditions mentioned herein below are to be read and understood in conjunction with the following "£20 Bonus Package" Terms and Conditions

  1. Valid for new members only.
  2. Bonus expires after 24 hours.
  3. Bonus includes $1 real money & $31 in tournament tickets.
  4. All immediate (non-pending) bonuses may be withdrawn only after a player has accumulated 2.5 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received Cash Bonus amount.
  5. The Promotion shall commence on (the “Promotion Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time.
  6. The Promotion is a new sign-up offer and completely replaces any similar sign-up offer. All terms and conditions hereafter refer to the new "£20 Free Promotion" and do not apply to any previous or similar promotion.
  7. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons in the UK over the age of 18. Potential members may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter with a proof of age and/or identity.
  8. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter and any entities affiliated or related to the Promoter shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion. For the purposes herein, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
  9. Each entrant shall only be entitled to participate in the Promotion once only and may receive only one £20 Bonus Package, as such term is detailed below. Moreover, only one person per household or per computer terminal shall be allowed to enter the Promotion. In the event that the Promoter deems in its absolute discretion that an entrant has violated these Terms and Conditions in any way, including without limitation by multiple registrations for the Promotion, or has executed any other act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the £20 Bonus Package.
  10. Upon registration with the Promoter during the Promotion Period, and after verification of their email address, the entrant shall be entitled to receive the £20 Bonus Package. UK members will receive a Bonus Package equal to $32 regardless of the currency exchange rate at such time. All tournament tickets are distributed in US dollars only (all figures in UK pounds are as a guide only and are not subject to changes and fluctuations in the currency exchange rate). The Bonus Package shall be distributed as follows: New eligible members (those who create a new account during the Promotion Period) will receive the ‘£20 Free’ Bonus Package ($32 value) upon verification of the member’s email address by clicking a link within the body of the verification email. This includes $1 in real money credited to the player’s 888poker account and $31 worth of tournament tickets (outlined below) for use in the 888poker room:
    • 62 tickets for $0.5 buy-in tournaments: 2 tickets will be granted immediately after claiming the Bonus, followed by 60 tickets which will be granted after 3 days in increments of 15 over a period of 4 days.
  11. The Tournament Tickets must be used within 24 hours of crediting to the player's account. Any unused Tournament Tickets remaining after this time will be removed.
  12. The Promoter will not in any event grant the Bonus to any person who participates in the Promotion from outside the UK, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to amend the list of countries from which it will enable entry to the Promotion from time to time in its sole discretion.
  13. This promotion is only valid for players who do not already have an existing or previous 888poker account.
  14. Members using the ‘Instant Play’ (‘No-Download’) browser version must be using the English version to be eligible for the Promotion.
  15. In order to enter the Promotion and receive the £20 Bonus Package, an entrant must download the Promoter's poker client, mobile application or click ‘Instant Play’ (‘No-Download’ version) and open a new user account with the Promoter at www.888poker.com or via any of the Promoter's main websites and landing pages. The entrant will then receive an email to the email address entered in the registration form from the Promoter asking him/her to verify his/ her email address by clicking on a link within the email body as a prerequisite for the £20 Bonus Package to appear in the entrant's account.
  16. After registration, entrants have 14 days to claim their £20 Bonus Package before it expires.
  17. After claiming, the Bonus package shall only be available for 24 hours and Entrants who have not used their Bonus within the foregoing time limit shall not be able to receive the expired Bonus thereafter.
  18. Any unused Cash Bonus or Tournament Tickets shall be removed from the entrant’s account by the Promoter after the expiration date.
  19. All immediate (non-pending) bonuses may be withdrawn only after a player has accumulated 2.5 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received Cash Bonus amount.
  20. Eligible members can only use the Bonus Package to play poker games and not casino or sports games.
  21. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Bonus, along with the "888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement" (the "EULA") and the Promoter's standard "Bonus Policy" which apply to the Promotion. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the provisions contained in the EULA or the Bonus Policy, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall prevail.
  22. The Promoter’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Bonus and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
  23. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
  24. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the sole judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
  25. For all eligible new members (except those solely using the mobile application), all Tournament Tickets terms & conditions apply:
    1. Tournament Tickets (hereinafter: "TrTs") are tickets with fixed values that are valid for scheduled tournaments and for Sit & Go’s.
    2. rTs will be valid only to selected tournaments with exact buy-in value, as per the sole discretion of the poker room.
    3. TrTs cannot be replaced with smaller face-value TrTs and cannot be used for smaller buy-ins than face value.
    4. The available tournament pool for tickets is subject to changes by the poker room in its absolute discretion, without prior notification.
    5. TrTs cannot be redeemed for cash.
    6. Multiple TrTs cannot be accumulated into bigger value tickets.
    7. TrTs cannot be transferred to another user.
    8. Each TrT has an expiration date that is set according to the poker room's sole discretion. Once a TrT has expired, the player will not be able to use it anymore and it will have a zero value.
    9. In the event a tournament is cancelled before it started, players that registered with TrTs will get the same TrT back with the same attributes (i.e. expiration date and values will not change). In case the tournament started, the players will be compensated as if they had used cash to register to the tournament.
    10. Eligible entrants can access their TrTs from the ‘My Tournament Tickets’ page (under ‘My Profile’ tab) or direct from the lobby (as stated below).
      • i. Entrants can log into the poker lobby with their username and password, click ‘My Profile’ from the top menu and ‘My Tournament Tickets’ from the drop-down menu. On the ‘My Tournament Tickets’ page, entrants can scroll down to a specific tournament ticket and click the ‘Open Lobby’ button to register to the tournament as usual. If eligible, the entrant will not be charged for the buy-in.
      • ii. Alternatively, entrants can search for the specific tournament in the poker lobby and click on the tournament name and register in the usual way. Once the entrant has registered to the specific tournament, they will receive a pop-up offering them the option to register using their Tournament Ticket or cash. If eligible, the entrant will not be charged for the buy-in.
  26. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
  27. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London, England.

Terms & Conditions – BIGBONUS Promotion

The following are the terms and conditions of the "BIGBONUS Promotion" (the "Promotion").

  1. The Promotion shall commence on 01/03/2019 and shall conclude on 31/12/2021 (the "Promotion Period"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time
  2. The Promotion is a new deposit offer and completely replaces any other previous deposit offers. All terms and conditions hereafter refer to the new “BIGBONUS Promotion" and do not apply to any previous or similar promotion.

  4. The 200% up to £650 welcome bonus package equates to the 200% up to $1,000 on the Site, which is the amount and currency which the bonus package will granted to you and is not subject to changes and fluctuations in the currency exchange rate.

Subject to 888poker's discretion and the rules set out below, new players may receive a 200% BIGBONUS Promotion Bonus of up to $1000 in relation to their first deposit to their 888poker account. 888poker reserves the right to limit the BIGBONUS Promotion Bonus to (i) one bonus per household or (ii) one bonus per computer terminal. Where players receive any bonus in currencies other than US Dollars, such bonus amounts shall be given to players based on the US Dollar amount according to the relevant daily exchange rate.
  10. The terms "Initial Deposit BIGBONUS Promotion Bonus", "First Deposit Bonus", "Match Up Bonus" and "First Time Bonus" all refer to the same BIGBONUS Promotion Bonus.

    Special BIGBONUS Bonus Terms and Conditions:



    1. To be eligible for any bonus included as part of this special 200% up to $1000 BIGBONUS Promotion (the "Promotion"), a player must open a new 888poker account and make a first deposit equal to or greater than the minimum required deposit
    2. The BIGBONUS Promotion Bonus will then be remitted to the player's account in $10 increments each time the player has collected 10 Bonus Points per every $1 of the BIGBONUS Promotion Bonus. For example: If you make a first deposit of $100, then you will receive your BIGBONUS Promotion Bonus in pending installments of $10; each time you generate 100 Bonus Points, $10 will be released into your account up to 200% of your deposit amount = $200
    3. You can earn Bonus Points by:
      • Playing in poker ring games -earn 2 Bonus Points (if applicable) for every $1 of your contributed rake.*
      • Playing poker tournaments -earn 2 Bonus Points (if applicable) for every $1 of tournament fee.
      • Playing casino games (from your poker account) -earn 1 BP (if applicable) for every $10 wagered in the casino. * Contributed rake refers to how much rake you are directly responsible for based on how much you contributed to the raked

        * Contributed rake refers to how much rake you are directly responsible for based on how much you contributed to the raked pot relative to the other players at the table. Example: If you bet $25 into a $100 pot (25%) and a $4.00 rake is taken from the table, you contributed $1.00 of rake (25%), which earns you 2 Bonus Points (if applicable).
    4. The Welcome Bonus shall expire within 90 days of your first deposit.
    5. Players who benefit from this Promotion will not be eligible to benefit from any other first deposit bonus promotions.
    6. Similarly, Players who have benefited from another first deposit offer shall not be eligible to benefit from this Promotion, unless stated otherwise.
    7. Players are permitted to make deposits following their initial deposits in order to reach certain bonus levels, however only the initial deposit amount shall be considered in relation to awarding the Welcome Bonus.
    8. 888poker shall deposit all bonuses into a player's account within seventy-two (72) hours of the player becoming eligible to receive them.
    9. The terms and conditions for the Promotion shall be read in conjunction with the User Agreement.
    10. This is a time-limited promotion. 888poker reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.
    11. The Promotion shall commence on April 5th, 2011 and shall conclude on a date to be determined and posted on the 888poker.com website.
    12. Players may be entitled to one Welcome Bonus - players who make their first deposit with one of 888's "skins" and who have or previously had an account with any site owned or operated by 888, including any "skin", shall not be entitled to a Welcome Bonus.
    13. Players who are offered an 888poker calculation tool in their registration form, shall be eligible to receive this tool on top of their Welcome Bonus, provided that they make their first deposit within twenty-four (24) hours from registration.
  11. This Bonus Policy applies to all event or promotion funds received in excess of regular payouts.
  12. All 888poker withdrawal & privacy policy rules apply to all event or promotion funds received in excess of regular payouts.
  13. All immediate (non-pending) bonuses may be withdrawn only after a player has collected 2.5 Bonus Points per every $1 of the received bonus amount. For example, a player must first accumulate 25 Bonus Points before withdrawing a bonus totaling $10. When the foregoing wagering requirement has been completed, the bonus and any winnings generated from the bonus will be available for withdrawal.
  14. 888poker reserves the right to withhold the amount of any bonus from a player's withdrawal.
  15. All bonuses, promotional offers and winnings related to same must fulfill points accumulation requirements at 888poker within thirty (30) days of being credited to a player's account, or within the period specified in the notification of a promotional offer if different. Otherwise any available bonus amount and promotional offer (and in some cases all winnings generated through same) not used by a player within the relevant time period will be cancelled and removed from the player's bankroll.
  16. Notwithstanding the modification provisions in the User Agreement, 888poker reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at a time of its choosing, to withdraw, revoke or amend any bonuses and promotional offers, or any parts thereof.
  17. Any winnings generated from bonus money, whether in whole or in part, shall be paid to the winning player as follows: (i) a payment to the player's real bankroll up to the bet amount that was funded from real money; (ii) a payment to the player's 'bonus wallet' up to the original bonus amount used to fund the bet or up to the amount that was in the player's 'bonus wallet' prior to funding the bet, whichever is greater; and (iii) a payment of remaining winnings to the player's real bankroll if associated with poker games or to the 'bonus wallet' if the general bonus was played in casino games.
  18. For percentage based immediate bonuses only, until you fulfil the wagering requirements, the following restrictions apply to the deposit amount used to activate your bonus:
    • If the bonus (plus any applicable related winnings) in your account is the same as or more than the original bonus amount, you can withdraw your deposit but the bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled.
    • If the bonus (plus any applicable related winnings) in your account is less than the original bonus amount (but greater than zero), you can withdraw your deposit but the amount of the bonus you have lost will be deducted from the deposit amount you can withdraw and the bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled.
    • If you have wagered and lost all of the bonus, you are not able to withdraw the deposit until the wagering requirements are fulfilled. However, any winnings related to bets placed with your deposit can be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
  19. Your account is made up of both Available funds (those that can be used in any applicable game or withdrawn subject to the Withdrawal Policy) and Restricted funds (the total of bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement and any winnings associated with such bonus funds). If you have both Available funds and Restricted funds in your account, the next wager you make will use Restricted funds first. Available funds will only be used once your Restricted funds balance is zero. If you place a wager on casino games using Restricted funds only and win you will receive, depending on your account currency, up to a maximum of $500/€500/£500 in winnings. If your winnings exceed $500/€500/£500 you will only receive $500/€500/£500.
  20. The jackpot prizes will not increase as a result of wagers made with Restricted funds, free spins, FreePlay and jackpot vouchers. Only wagers with Available funds shall increase the jackpot prizes.
  21. Bonuses differ according to the offering in which they are played and can be included in more than one offering.
  22. All bonuses and promotional offers and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid will be cancelled at cashout, if any of the applicable conditions have not been fully completed.
  23. If the buy-in amount is not returned during the bonus cancellation/expiration/removal following a withdrawal, the bonus will have ‘Open transaction' status. During buy-out, the winnings will then be distributed to this bonus in a regular manner (as if it was not expired/cancelled/removed following a withdrawal). Once there are no open transactions left on this bonus, it will then be nullified.
  24. Please be advised that during a campaign or promotion where you receive any additional bonus amount, whether this is part of the original bonus or a separate amount, you may be required to accumulate further points in order to request a withdrawal of the bonus and any accumulated winnings.
  25. In the event that 888poker reasonably suspects that a player is abusing or attempting to abuse any type of bonus 888poker reserves the right to: (i) discontinue the player's 888poker membership; (ii) withhold all monies in such player’s account; and (iii) to prevent the player from accessing the poker room in the future.
  26. In the event 888poker reasonably suspects that any players acting in a group, are or have attempted to abuse any bonus offer, 888poker reserves the right to block all relevant accounts and indefinitely retain the monies therein.
  27. In the event of a bonus being removed from your account for any reason, we reserve the right to remove the full bonus amount together with any winnings derived from this bonus, irrespective of any point accumulation that may have occurred with the said bonus.
  28. Wagering on all games at 888casino contributes towards the wagering requirement but certain games contribute greater amounts than others. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type:

  30. Examples:
    • Wager $500 on Video Slots, the entire $500 (100%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.

  31. Any winnings made under the bonus, may be withdrawn only after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled. If you wish to remove the Welcome Bonus and winnings in order to withdraw your initial deposit please contact our Member Support Department.
  32. Bonus points accumulated via low- risk wagering in all versions of Wild Wheel, Roulette, Baccarat and Craps bets will not be calculated as a valid wager with regard to the withdrawal requirements in 888poker's Bonus Policy. We reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the member's original deposit from a member's withdrawal if the play bonus is wagered on any of the foregoing games.
  33. The registration bonus package Terms and Conditions are incorporated herein.
  34. Terms and Conditions in relation to Tournament Tickets (“TrT(/s)”).
    1. A Tournament Ticket may be granted by us to a player as a type of a bonus.
    2. A Tournament Ticket is a ticket to participate in poker tournaments and Sit & Go tournaments selected by us.
    3. We may at any time and in our sole discretion change the tournaments for which a Tournament Ticket may be used.
    4. A Tournament Ticket possesses a fixed value and may only be used in tournaments that have a buy-in equal to that of the value of the Tournament Ticket. For the avoidance of doubt, Tournament Tickets may not be used as a buy-in for a tournament where the buy-in is less than the value of a Tournament Ticket.
    5. A Tournament Ticket can’t be used by a player to re-buy chips or to add chips to his/her stack during a tournament.
    6. Tournament Tickets may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.
    7. Each Tournament Ticket will be granted with an expiry date. If a Tournament Ticket is granted as part of a promotion it will expire on the earlier of: (i) termination or expiration of such promotion or (ii) the expiry date of a Tournament Ticket. Once a Tournament Ticket has expired or the promotion has ended a player shall immediately forfeit such Tournament Ticket.
    8. In the event that a Tournament Ticket is granted by us for any tournament which is cancelled prior to it starting, unless otherwise stated in a promotion such Tournament Ticket will not expire or terminate but may be used by a player in another tournament of our choosing.
    9. In the event that a Tournament Ticket is used in any tournament which is then cancelled by us after it begins, unless otherwise stated in a promotion any compensation will be identical to that of players who have registered for such tournament using cash from their bankroll.
  35. Terms and conditions in relation to free spins and FreePlay:
    1. All free spins and FreePlay credited to a player's account must be used within 14 days, unused free spins and FreePlay will be removed from the account thereafter.
    2. Free spins and FreePlay wins are considered as a bonus and are subject to the bonus wagering and all other bonus terms.
    3. Free Spins and FreePlay winnings are granted only after the member has finished playing all of his free spins or FreePlay.
    4. Free spins and FreePlay are subject to a maximum winnings amount as determined by the specific promotion terms and conditions.
  36. Terms and conditions in relation to jackpot vouchers:
    1. A jackpot voucher may be granted by us to a player as a type of a bonus.
    2. A jackpot voucher can only be used to participate in a jackpot game selected by us.
    3. We may at any time and in our sole discretion change the jackpot game for which a jackpot voucher may be used.
    4. Jackpot vouchers may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value jackpot voucher; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.
    5. All jackpot vouchers credited to a player's account must be used by the earlier of: (i) 14 days from being granted to a player’s account; or (ii) the expiry date related to the applicable jackpot voucher. Any jackpot unused jackpot voucher(s) will be removed from the player’s account thereafter.
    6. Players using a jackpot voucher to play on a jackpot game, shall only be entitled to win and receive the jackpot prize and not any other amount in relation to the jackpot game.
    7. The jackpot prize won with a jackpot voucher shall not be subject to any wagering requirements.
    8. All jackpot winnings shall be subject to the provisions set out in the Terms of Service, including but not limited to those relating to Jackpot Winnings and verification of a player's win
