Promotion concept
The Global League is a promotional competition where players earn points by playing in selected tournaments. Players compete individually during the qualification stage, and their accumulated points determine whether they qualify to represent their country in the final tournament. The top 11 eligible players from each country will form that country’s team for the final stage. The final tournament will determine the winning countries, and prizes will be awarded according to the Promotion rules.
Significant Conditions:
- Promotion period: 15th June – 18th July 2026
- During the promotion period, Follow @888poker on Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), or Discord channels and engage in the weekly posts to take part in the promotion.
- Each week there are 6 freeroll tournaments (with no entry fee), each sealed with a password, and 1 main tournament
- Each freeroll grants a possible 20 seats to the weekly main tournament so that 120 seats to the main tournament can be earned via freeroll per week. The last 20 players remaining in each freeroll will earn a free seat in the weekly main tournament, where points can be accumulated.
- To receive the secret passwords for the weekly freerolls you must either:
(i) follow 888poker on Instagram or Facebook & reply to the relevant post with the correct trigger word that will be posted on 888poker Instagram and @888poker on Facebook in order to then receive the applicable freeroll password via DM.
OR
(ii) Be a part of our Discord community where we will release the passwords every week.

- Each week there is a new post on 888poker Instagram and @888poker on Facebook to receive the passwords for that week.
- Players earn points individually in the Main Tournaments.
- At the end of the qualification stage (July 12th), the top 11 eligible players from each qualifying country will be invited to represent their country in the final tournament.
- The final tournament will determine the final country rankings and prize eligibility.
- No purchase or deposit is necessary to enter the promotion, and entry into the main tournaments is free if you qualify via a freeroll, or otherwise requires a buy in of $5.50. However, you must have an internet connection, an active FB/IG account, and an active 888poker account in order to receive and use the Prize.
- Players must be aged 18 or over.
- Players located in Romania, Northern Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Ontario, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan cannot participate in this promotion.
Country Eligibility / Representation Rule
A player’s country allocation will be determined by the country registered on their 888poker account, subject to verification by 888poker. Players may not change their country allocation during the Promotion for the purpose of participating in or improving their eligibility in the Promotion.
For the purpose of this Promotion, an “eligible player” is a player who has participated in at least one Main Tournament and earned points during the Promotion Period, and who complies with all applicable terms and conditions.
Important information about your participation in the offer and how we use your data:
In accordance with the promoter (888poker) Privacy Policy and applicable terms and conditions available on the Site, when you participate in this promotion we will need to collect and store certain information about you in order to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and fulfil prizes.
Participation requires the processing of personal data necessary to administer the promotion and fulfil the prize. If you do not agree to this use of your information, you will not be able to participate.
Promotion Structure
Qualifier Freerolls: six freerolls will be held each week (2 on Thursday, 2 on Friday and 2 on Saturday). Twenty (20) tickets to the weekly tournament will be awarded per freeroll, totaling 120 tickets weekly. Participation requires entering a password.
Password Distribution and Conduct
- Passwords for freerolls will be distributed via direct message to followers who meet the social‑media engagement requirements. The Promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
- Participants must not post abusive, offensive or illegal content; 888poker reserves the right to disqualify entries deemed abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.
- Social‑Media Posts: 888poker will publish multiple weekly posts announcing freerolls, tournaments, winners and leaderboard updates.
- Passwords to freerolls will be shared publicly shortly before the freeroll starts on 888poker Discord channel https://discord.gg/PCjhpuF4K
- To receive the secret passwords for the weekly freerolls you must follow the 888poker instagram or @888poker on FB where the trigger words will be posted at 14:00 GMT each Monday of the relevant weeks, and then reply to the post with the correct trigger word that at any time between:
- 14:00 GMT on June 15, 2026 and 14:00 GMT on June 20, 2026 (the “first week trigger” period)
- 14:00 GMT on June 22, 2026 and 14:00 GMT on June 27, 2026 (the “second week trigger” period)
- 14:00 GMT on June 29, 2026 and 14:00 GMT on July 4, 2026 (the “third week trigger” period)
- 14:00 GMT on July 6, 2026 and 14:00 GMT on July 11, 2026 (the “fourth week trigger” period)
OR Be part of our Discord community for the freeroll passwords to be released each week at 14:00 GMT.
Each freeroll grants 20 seats to the weekly main tournament.

- Main Tournaments: Four tournaments will be run during the promotion period (every Sunday). Each has a $5.50 buy in and; $500 GTD each = $2,000 per league.
- The Main Tournaments are the only way to earn points.
Main tournaments dates and times:
Week 1: June 21 - Global League 1 –18:00 GMT
Week 2: June 28 - Global League 2 –18:00 GMT
Week 3: July 5 - Global League 3 –18:00 GMT
Week 4: July 12 - Global League 4 –18:00 GMT
Qualification Stage: During the Promotion Period, players will accumulate points individually through the Main Tournaments. These points will be used to rank players within their respective countries.
The qualification stage ends with the conclusion of the final Main Tournament on July 12th, after which no further points will be awarded.
National Team Qualification: At the end of the qualification stage (July 12th), the top 11 eligible players from each country, based on accumulated points, will qualify to represent their country in the final tournament.
A country must have at least eleven (11) eligible players on its leaderboard to form a national team.
If a country does not have a minimum of eleven (11) eligible players by the end of the qualification stage (July 12th), that country will not qualify for the final tournament.
If a country cannot field eleven (11) players in the final tournament due to ineligible or unavailable players, 888poker reserves the right to determine whether the country may still participate and under what conditions.
Replacement Rule for Finalists
If a qualified player is unable, unavailable, ineligible, or fails to participate in the final tournament, 888poker may, at its discretion, invite the next eligible player from the same country leaderboard as a replacement.
Final Tournament: The qualified players will compete in a final tournament. The results of the final tournament will determine the winning countries and related prize eligibility.
The format, structure, and schedule of the final tournament will be determined by 888poker at its sole discretion.
The final tournament will take place on July 18th – 18:00 GMT.
888poker reserves the right to cancel or modify the final tournament structure in the event of insufficient participation, technical issues, or regulatory requirements.
Leaderboards and Points: A leaderboard will track individual points earned in the Main Tournaments. Players will be ranked individually, with country-based filtering used to determine the top 11 eligible players from each country. The leaderboard will be used to determine which players qualify to represent their country in the final tournament.
Scoring System
Each player’s score is determined based on their finishing position in the tournament and the total number of players who participated in that same tournament.
The player finishing in 1st place will receive a number of points equal to the total number of participants in the tournament. The player finishing in 2nd place will receive one point less, the 3rd place two points less, and so on, until the last-place finisher receives 1 point.
Example:
If a tournament includes 400 players, the player finishing 1st will receive 400 points, the player finishing 2nd will receive 399 points, and this continues down to the player finishing 400th, who will receive 1 point.
At the end of the qualification stage (July 12th), the accumulated score from all Main Tournaments will determine each player’s position on the individual leaderboard. The top 11 eligible players from each country will qualify to represent their country in the final tournament.
In the event of a tie between players competing for qualification, 888poker will determine ranking based on the highest individual finishing position achieved in any Main Tournament during the Promotion. If a tie remains, the next highest finishing position will be considered. If players remain tied, 888poker reserves the right to apply an additional reasonable tie-breaker or conduct a draw.
Participation bonuses:
Any player who plays all four Main Tournaments will receive +50 points toward their qualification leaderboard score.
Prizes
At the end of the qualification stage (July 12th), 888poker will calculate all points earned by participants in the Main Tournaments. The top 11 eligible players from each country will qualify to represent their country in the final tournament. Prizes will be awarded based on the results of the final tournament and individual performance, as set out below.
- Country Prizes
Countries will be ranked based on the results of the final tournament.
- 1st Place Country: Exclusive $3,000 GTD Freeroll
- 2nd Place Country: Exclusive $2,000 GTD Freeroll
- 3rd Place Country: Exclusive $1,500 GTD Freeroll
Country Specific Freeroll Eligibility
Only players who earned points during the Promotion for one of the winning countries will be eligible to participate in that country’s exclusive freeroll. Players who did not earn points during the Promotion will not be eligible.
- Eligible players will receive a unique, non-transferable ticket granting access to the freeroll
- Players who did not earn points will not be eligible to participate
- Freeroll tickets will be credited within 14 days following the end of the Promotion unless stated otherwise
- Freeroll tickets are available to use on that specific tournament only.
- Freerolls will take place on Sunday, July 26 – 18:00 GMT
- Individual Prizes (Winning Country Only)
Individual prizes will be awarded to the top-performing players in the final tournament (no matter which country they are from), based on their finishing positions in the final tournament:
- 1st Place: 6-month Sunday Major ticket package (26 x $109 tickets)
- 2nd Place: 3-month Sunday Major ticket package (13 x $109 tickets)
- 3rd Place: Main Event ticket for an online series of the winner’s choice
- 4th Place: $109 tournament ticket
- 5th Place: $100 in BLAST tickets
Ticket Package Conditions
- Tickets may be used for any $109 tournament, not limited to Sunday Major events
- Tickets will be valid for:
- 6 months (1st place prize)
- 3 months (2nd place prize)
- 1st Place: 6-month ticket package consisting of twenty-six (26) individual $109 tournament tickets. Tickets may be used for any eligible $109 tournament on 888poker and are valid for 6 months from the date of crediting.
- 2nd Place: 3-month ticket package consisting of thirteen (13) individual $109 tournament tickets. Tickets may be used for any eligible $109 tournament on 888poker and are valid for 3 months from the date of crediting.
- Tickets are issued individually and may not be combined into higher-value entries
- Tournament tickets and BLAST tickets are subject to the standard applicable tournament rules and expiry conditions on the Site.
- 5th Place: BLAST ticket package consisting of:
- Two (2) x $20 BLAST tickets
- Three (3) x $10 BLAST tickets
- Six (6) x $5 BLAST tickets
- All BLAST tickets will be valid for 40 days from the date of crediting.
- General Prize Conditions
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash
- Tickets:
- Cannot be used for re-buys or add-ons
- Cannot be combined or upgraded
- Are subject to individual expiry dates; unused tickets will expire automatically
- 888poker reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value if necessary
- Prize Fulfilment
- Prizes will be credited within 14 days of the Promotion’s completion unless stated otherwise
- Winners may be contacted and required to provide:
- Site username / Support ID
- Full name
- Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the prize

- Participation in the Promotion and eligibility for prizes are subject to compliance with all applicable Terms & Conditions
- 888poker reserves the right to verify player eligibility, country allocation, and participation before awarding any prizes
- Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or transferred.
- Any fraudulent activity will result in loss of prizes and possible account termination.
- Participants grant 888poker and its suppliers the right to share personal details to administer prizes.
- If an account has been closed, taken a break or self‑excluded prior to the event to which a prize relates, the player is ineligible and will not be compensated.
- 888poker may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion for security, legal or abusive‑behaviour reasons.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these Promotion Terms and the Site’s User Agreement.
General Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) of the Global League promotion (the "Promotion") for www.888poker.com & www.888poker.de (the “Site”).
The Promotion is organized by the 888 contracting company defined in the applicable User Agreement that governs your account with the Site ("888poker", "us" or "we" or "our").
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and the applicable terms of the User Agreement.
- We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:
- using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting – eg. betting on red/black in roulette in equal amounts);
- sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
- colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
- taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in;
- using more than one account per household or per IP address;
- taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and
- purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
- Eligibility for promotions is limited to one player per household even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined based on all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, payment card number, computer, and any other form of identification that may be required.
- If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
- void any bets/stakes funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
- remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.
- 888poker reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (i) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (ii) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets/stakes in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
- receive the free bets/credit, or the full expected value of the free bets/credit, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets/stakes;
- place the remaining qualifying bets/stakes required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets/credit, or the full expected value of the free bets/credit, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
- materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets/stakes required by the promotion.
- You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets/credit) if you have previously been informed by 888poker that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the 888poker website or the 888poker iOS or Android Mobile app.
- 888poker has the right to refuse or withhold free bets/credit (or any winnings from free bets/credit) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
- We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
- without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
- by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the promotion for any other reason).
- We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.
- We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
- Your use of our website and app, and your betting or gaming activity on it, is governed by the applicable User Agreement that governs your account with the Site and the 888poker Bonus Policy (currently available here). In addition to these terms and conditions, you must read the following documents before participating in this promotion:
- the User Agreement;
- 888poker Bonus Policy; and
- 888poker House Rules(currently available here).
- You may request withdrawal of your available balance funds (including, without limitation, your deposit balance) from your 888poker account at any time subject to the terms outlined in the User Agreement.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the governing law that is set out in your applicable User Agreement.
