Significant Conditions:

1. The following terms and conditions (the “Competition Terms”) apply to the social media giveaway competition (the "Giveaway Competition") available on our X social media account here: https://x.com/888poker
2. By participating in this Giveaway Competition, you agree to be bound by (i) these Competition Terms; (ii) the applicable terms of the User Agreement of your 888 online account; and (iii) to the processing of your personal data as described in these Competition Terms and in the 888 Privacy Policy.
3. Eligible Entrants (as defined below) may enter in this Giveaway Competition for a chance to win [1 of 10 x $16.5 tournament tickets (can be used for any tournament with a buy-in equal to its value)] (each a “Prize”).
4. This Promotion is open only to entrants who satisfy all of the following entry criteria (each an “Eligible Entrant”):
   1. are aged 18+ at the time of entry;
   2. have an active 888 online account;
   3. are resident in a country that is not one of the following countries: Romania, Northern Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Ontario, Italy, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan; and
   4. Meet all regulatory requirements (including but not limited to age verification, safer gambling and self-exclusion status).
5. It is free to enter this Giveaway Competition. No purchase or deposit on 888 is necessary.
6. Eligible Entrants may participate and enter this Giveaway Competition by:
   1. Following @888poker on X; and
   2. replying to the question posted on @888poker ’s account with the correct answer at any time between 17:00 GMT on October 12, 2026 and 23:59 GMT on October 14, 2026 (the “Competition Period”)
7. Eligible Entrants who have successfully completed the steps set out in paragraph 6 shall then be entered into a draw for the chance to win a Prize (the “Prize Draw”). Prize winners must have an internet connection, an active X account, and an active 888 account in order to receive and use the Prize.
8. Entry to this Giveaway Competition is limited to one entry per Eligible Entrant per social media account, regardless of the number of social media accounts or profiles the Eligible Entrant owns or operates. Multiple entries submitted by the same Eligible Entrant across different accounts will be voided. 888 reserves the right to treat multiple entries or accounts operated by or on behalf of the same Eligible Entrant as a single entry and to disqualify any such duplicate entries. Prizes are limited to one Prizer per winner.
9. A total of 10 winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries with the correct answer to the Prize Draw in 48 hours after the Competition Period has ended. The random draw will be done by an online randomizer that was approved by the promoter as fair. The number of eligible entries received during the Competition Period will vary and cannot be determined in advance. Accordingly, the odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries with the correct answer received during the Competition Period.
10. If you are a winner of the Prize Draw, we will contact you via direct message on X within 24 hours of the draw asking you to confirm and/or provide your 888 Support ID in order to claim the Prize. If you do not respond to this message within 72 hours, or if you are not otherwise able or available to claim the Prize, we will draw another valid Eligible Entrant and repeat the process, and you will forfeit the Prize.
11. 888 reserves the right to publish details of any winners of its promotions (including, without limitation, the winner's username, X handle and county, where applicable) on its social media channels, unless a winner gives prior notice that they object to the publication of their details (such notice to be sent via direct message to @888poker on X - https://x.com/888poker). Notwithstanding any such objection, 888 may provide details relating to winners to any applicable regulator, the ASA or any other public authority where required to do so by law.
12. The Prize shall be credited to the winner’s 888 account within 72 hours after the winner has claimed the Prize and 888 has successfully verified the winner’s identity and eligibility.
13. If any Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, 888 reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative available. The winner of any such prize must comply fully with any additional terms and conditions issued in connection with such prize (including, without limitation, any ticket terms and conditions, general terms of admission). 888 reserves the right to withhold delivery of, and/or cancel, any such prize if it reasonably suspects that the winner has not complied, or will not comply, with any such additional terms and conditions.
14. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Competition Terms, 888 is not responsible, and will not be liable, for any travel or other costs or expenses in connection with any Prizes.
15. This Giveaway Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X. By entering, participants release X from any responsibility or liability in relation to the Giveaway Competition.
16. In the event of any breach of these Competition Terms, or a customer becoming ineligible to participate in any promotion or competition (at 888's reasonable discretion), 888 reserves the right to withhold delivery of, and/or cancel, any prizes under any such promotion and/or competition and 888r will not incur any liability whatsoever.
17. 888 reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition Giveaway without notice.
18. 888’s decision on any dispute in relation to this promotion will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. 888 accepts no responsibility for data, delivery or any other errors or delays in connection with this Competition. No third party will handle winner data on behalf of 888 for the purposes of administering this Competition.
20. 888 is committed to responsible gambling. Participation is restricted to people aged 18 or over, and customers who have self-excluded or who are otherwise excluded from gambling with 888 are not eligible to participate. Tournament Ticket and Validity Use

23. Tournament Tickets that constitute the Prize (“Prize Ticket”) and are awarded as part of this Competition Giveaway shall be valid for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date it is credited to the winner’s 888 account. The Prize must be used within this validity period and any unused Prize will expire automatically after 30 days and will not be replaced, refunded, or extended.
24. Each Prize Ticket is issued for a specific monetary value and may only be used to register for tournaments with a buy-in equal to the value of the Prize.
25. The Prize Ticket cannot be split, exchanged, transferred, or combined with other tickets, bonuses, or cash balances to register for tournaments of a different value and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
26. The Prize Ticket has no cash value, is non-withdrawable, and cannot be substituted for cash or any other form of credit.
27. Where a Prize Ticket is awarded in connection with a specific promotion or campaign, 888 may recommend its use for a particular tournament; however, the Prize Ticket may be used for any eligible tournament of the same value available within the validity period, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
28. Promotional offers are intended to enhance a customer's enjoyment of our services and any attempt to manipulate or abuse a promotion, or abuse the spirit of a promotion, will not be tolerated and may lead to forfeiture, blocking or cancellation of any prizes under this promotion, as well as an immediate exclusion from this and future promotions and/or closure of the relevant account (as applicable). 888 will decide in its reasonable discretion what amounts to manipulation or abuse of a promotion.

29. By entering this Giveaway Competition, you agree to these Competition Terms and enter into a contract with 888. General Terms and Conditions

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions and competitions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:
   1. sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
   2. colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
   3. taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in;
   4. using more than one account per household or per IP address; and
   5. taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus.
2. Eligibility for promotions is limited to one player per household even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined based on all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, payment card number, computer, and any other form of identification that may be required.
