888poker LIVE Barcelona Festival 10th – 22nd May 2023 T&Cs

The following are the terms and conditions of the “888poker LIVE Barcelona Festival” (the 'Event'). The Event is organized by the applicable 888-group company (as defined in www.888poker.com’s Terms of Service) (the “Promoter”) who is the operator of the www.888poker.com website (the 'Website') and is powered by PokerFest. Your participation in this Event shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.
All 888poker Tournament Tickets Terms & Conditions apply.
The winner of the '888poker LIVE Barcelona Festival' Qualifier held on the Website (the “Winner”) will win a Prize Package valued at $2,300 to the 888poker LIVE Barcelona Festival Main Event which consists of: (A) €1,100 ($1,200) entry fee (“Buy-in”) to the Main Event (paid by the Company directly to the tournament organizer); (B) $600 for hotel accommodation between the main event period of time (May 17-22) (C) $500 for travel and expenses (paid by the Company directly to the Winner’s poker account); (A) - (C) collectively the “Prize Package”).
All accommodation must be arranged exclusively through the “Main Event Travel” company (hereafter termed the “MET”). You will be contacted by MET representative approximately 10 days after you qualify in order to make your accommodation arrangements. After MET have contacted you, $600 will be credited to a MET account created under your name using your 888poker account email address. You will then be able to visit their website https://www.maineventtravel.com/ and register using the same email address associated with your 888poker account and select your accommodation.
Players must use the funds received at MET within 6 months. Funds deposited with MET May be used for the event in Barcelona or for any other 888poker LIVE event. After 6 months, unused funds will be deducted from the player’s MET account.
Please note that you are also solely responsible for booking your accommodation with MET after they have contacted you. Should your choice of hotel exceed $600, you will need to pay the difference in the cost by credit card, or debit, directly to the hotel or to MET.
Please note, no refunds will be given if you check out of your accommodation or if the value of the booking is lower than the $600 provided.
For any inquiries regarding accommodation arrangements, please feel free to contact designated MET representative at the following address: 888live@maineventtravel.com. Please first allow 10 days after qualifying before contacting MET representative.
The Promoter will not be responsible for arranging transportation for the winner from his/her home to the airport and from the airport to the hotel, nor any related parking expenses.
The 888poker LIVE Barcelona will take place at Casino Barcelona, Carrer de la Marina, 19, 21, 08005 Barcelona, Spain
The Winner cannot redeem the Prize for cash or transfer the Prize in any way. On the occasion that the Winner is unable to attend the 888poker LIVE Barcelona Festival (for any reason), the monetary value of the Prize will not be paid to the Winner, nor will the Prize be provided, nor shall he/she be entitled to receive any part of the Prize.
The Winner of the package - will be registered to play in the 888poker LIVE Barcelona Festival Main Event. The Winner can choose to play on one of the following days:
