Starting Sunday, November 3, 888poker is adding a brand-new tournament to our Sunday schedule. It’s no ordinary tournament though as this one boasts a $1,050 buy-in!

“The Dragon” will be held once a month and feature a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool. Players will start with a generous 50,000 in chips and blinds will increase every 12 minutes. Second-chance rebuys are available during the late registration period.

The Dragon is the latest of 888poker’s offerings which include popular tournament such as the Mega Deep, Whale, Monsoon, Sunday Challenge, BIG Fish, and many more.

While the four-figure buy-in might be a little steep for some players, everyone will have the chance to win their way in, at a fraction of the cost. That’s because satellites for The Dragon will run all month long, starting as little as 50¢.

Win a 50¢ satellite and you’ll find yourself in the $16.50 buy-in sub-satellite. Of course, you can buy directly into that step if you so choose. Winners of that step will then compete in the $109 buy-in satellite, which will have 5 Seats GTD.

Additionally, there will be a special $109 buy-in satellite at 15:31 GMT on Sunday, November 3 offering up a 20 Seat GTD as well as a $215 buy-in satellite at 16:41 GMT with 10 Seats GTD!
