The 888 store terms and conditions below are in addition to the "888 Group Operates Sites and Services End-User License Agreement" which apply to our site, and include, inter alia, delivery details and returns policy. If you experience any problems or issues with an order or the products in the 888 store please contact our member service department at shop@888poker.com.

  1. It may take up to 72 hours for an order to be approved.
  2. If a member does not have the required amount of Gold Tokens at the time of approval, the order will be declined, and it is the member's responsibility not to make an order without having a sufficient number of Gold Tokens.
  3. A confirmation email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the order number, will be sent by 888 to members as soon as their order has been shipped.
  4. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery of merchandise once order is confirmed. All orders are delivered within the same time frame and no express service is available.
  5. In the event an order is not received within the specific time frame, members should contact us by email to shop@888poker.com and report the delay.
  6. Once a confirmed order has been made cancellations or alterations will not be permitted.
  7. Members are responsible for correct entry of data onto order forms. 888 will not be held liable for merchandise that does not reach its destination due to an invalid or incorrect mailing address provided by a member. Furthermore, any additional charges made as a result of failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges to the member and we may, at our discretion, deduct additional Gold Tokens to re-send returned merchandise to a corrected mailing address.
  8. Members are responsible for the accuracy of their email address in their user account.
  9. Members are responsible for providing a delivery address and contact telephone number and for ensuring there will be someone available to receive and sign for the product on delivery. No post office box is allowed as a delivery address.
  10. Members will be responsible for excess delivery charges due to absence of someone to receive the delivery.
  11. You may replace the address which is pre-populated however you will not be able to set a post office box as an address or change the Country of Delivery.
  12. The 888 store does not accept returned merchandise, except in the cases where we ship an incorrect or defective item.
  13. All electronic products offered at the 888 store come with a standard manufacturer's warranty.
  14. The third party provider will replace items that are damaged in transit or damaged due to manufacturer, warehouse or courier neglect. However, goods damaged due to members neglect or wear and tear will be solely the responsibility of the member.
  15. 888 reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  16. 888 reserve the right to withdraw any item or product line from the 888 store at any time and without notice.
  17. Members must have sufficient Gold Tokens in their account to cover the entire order submitted. Insufficient Gold Tokens will result in the cancellation of the entire order.
  18. 888 store items cannot be purchased using real money.
  19. All items ordered are subject to stock availability. Should an item be out of stock we will advise the member and a new order may be submitted or alternatively 888 may agree to refund the Gold Tokens in full.
  20. The 888poker Club Gold Token value of the items in the 888 store may change at any time and without notice, however once an order is submitted and confirmed the price of the item will remain fixed.
  21. Certain items are not eligible to be sent to all countries as shall be determined by 888 at its sole discretion.
  22. Persons who are located in certain territories shall not be eligible to receive any delivery of merchandise from the 888 store, as determined at 888's absolute discretion from time to time.
  23. The 888poker Club Gold Token value for each item include all shipping and handling charges but NOT possible customs charges.
  24. In the event that a member is due a refund of Gold Tokens due to out of stock merchandise, damage or consecutive failed delivery, such Gold Tokens will be refunded. To clarify, a member is entitled only to a refund of Gold Tokens and not to a refund of real money.
  25. 888 shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any member as a direct or indirect result of participating in any live event ordered via the 888 store.

  27. 888's decision in all matters described herein is final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by a member or by any third party.
  28. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
  29. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London, England.
