The following are the terms and conditions of the "Snowmen Festival Promotion" (the "Promotion") for www.888poker.com (the “Site”). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited. Otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you.
The Promotion shall commence on 1.10.2023 and shall conclude on 31.12.2023 (the “Promotion Period”).
1. General
- Participation in the Promotion is only available to registered players who: (i) maintain an account with the Website; and (ii) have deposited real money into their account with the Website prior or during the Promotion Period.
- We may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification or suspension.
- No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Website under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
- If you have a pending message on the Website’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.

The amount you are able to withdraw from your account, is subject to the Withdrawal Policy. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll.
If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus (as further described in Section 9.2 (k) in the Terms of Service) then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the 'UK User Agreement'.

You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy'
The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll. With respect to point 21 in the 'Bonus Policy', if we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the User Agreement; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with such 'User Agreement'
- In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us.
- Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account
- All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) may be forfeited when making a withdrawal.
- Deposits made with Skrill and Neteller are not eligible for the offer.
2. Eligibility
- You may only participate in the Promotion if you have directly received an e-mail from the Site to which these terms and conditions are linked to.
- You must have already deposited at least once in the cashier to participate in the Promotion. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, you may use the Tournament Tickets granted to you through the 888poker email even if you have not deposited in the cashier.
- If you play from Northern Ireland, this promotion does not apply to you.
3. The Promotion
- All Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion, will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the necessary requirements being fulfilled.
- Weekly Freeroll
$8,888 Snowmen weekly Freeroll Freeroll - a multi-flight freeroll running between Monday & Sunday. - Subject to the above, in order to receive a freeroll Ticket(s) for The $8,888 Snowmen weekly Freeroll Freeroll, a player must complete 2 or more missions in one week (Mon-Sun):
- Tournaments Challenge: play poker tournaments, including BLAST, with buy-ins totalling $20 or more.
- Sport Challenge: Place a minimum bet of $10 in sports events.
- Casino Challenge: Place a minimum bet of $10 in casino games.
- Cash games challenge: Win a hand with 88 in cash games (Including Snap).
- Players can get a maximum of one ticket per day to the weekly Freeroll, and a total of 3 ticket/s during one week (Monday - Sunday). The $8,888 Snowmen weekly Freeroll Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion must be used by 1.10.2023. Any unused Tournament Ticket(s) will expire if not used within by this date.
- Freerolls are limited to 18,000 players
- Rebuys do not count towards the Tournaments Challenge.
- Sport bets must be placed with min. odds of ½ (1.5) or greater in order to apply for the Sport Challenge.
- Only cash games with minimum stakes of 1¢ - 2¢ or higher apply for the Cash games challenge.
- While playing cash games with the above stakes, only hands that reach post flop will count towards the challenge completion.
- Win a Hand' is considered to be when a round is won, regardless of whether it is split with another player or if it is won with a side pot.
- Days are counted from 00:00 GMT to 23:59 GMT.
- The $8,888 Snowmen weekly Freeroll freeroll will be a multi-flight event. Tickets are granted for day 1. Tickets can be used for any of the day 1s flights. Once a player qualifies for day 2, he may not enter another day 1 again, even if he still has a valid day 1 ticket.
- Day 1s will be played between Monday - Sunday. Day 2 will be played on Sunday.
4. Claim
In order to receive the Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion, you must respond to the claim email sent by 888poker, by clicking on the relevant link within such email within 3 days of 888poker sending the claim email to you. If you do not click the relevant link with such time frame, your right to receive the Tournament Ticket(s) shall automatically expire.
5. Tournament Tickets
- A Tournament Ticket can’t be used by a player to rebuy chips or to add chips to his/her stack during a tournament.
- Tournament Tickets may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.

6. Bonus prize
- Immediate bonuses awarded during the Promotion may be withdrawn only after a player has accumulated 3 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received bonus amount within 30 days of being granted. Any unused bonus will be removed from the account thereafter.
- If you place a wager on casino games using an ‘immediate bonus” and win you will receive, depending on your account currency, up to a maximum of $500 in winnings. If your winnings exceed $500 you will only receive $500. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from the free spins.
- Any winnings generated from bonus money, whether in whole or in part, shall be paid to the winning player as follows:(i)a payment to the player's real bankroll up to the bet amount that was funded from real money;(ii)a payment to the player's 'bonus wallet' up to the original bonus amount used to fund the bet or up to the amount that was in the player's 'bonus wallet' prior to funding the bet, whichever is greater; and (iii)a payment of remaining winnings to the player's real bankroll if associated with poker games or to the 'bonus wallet' if the general bonus was played in casino games.
- Wagering bonus granted under the Promotion on all casino games contributes towards the wagering requirement but certain games contribute greater amounts than others. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type:

Cash bonuses awarded during the Promotion may be withdrawn immediately with no wagering requirements.
For immediate bonuses (which are bonuses granted to your bankroll immediately upon you making the relevant deposit), until you fulfil the wagering requirements, the following restrictions apply to the deposit amount used to activate your bonus:
- If the bonus (plus any applicable related winnings) in your account is the same as or more than the original bonus amount, you can withdraw your deposit but the bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled.
- If the bonus (plus any applicable related winnings) in your account is less than the original bonus amount (but greater than zero), you can withdraw your deposit but the amount of the bonus you have lost will be deducted from the deposit amount you can withdraw and the bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled.
- If you have wagered and lost all of the bonus, you are not able to withdraw the deposit until the wagering requirements are fulfilled. However, any winnings related to bets placed with your deposit can be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.

Knockout Challenge: Knockout 8 or more opponents in any PKO tournament between 22.11.23 and 28.11.23 to receive a ticket to the PKO series 2023. Any unused Tournament Ticket(s) will expire if not used until 10.12.23
