The Wizard’s spell Promotion

The following are the terms and conditions of the 'The Wizard's spell' (the 'Promotion') for www.888poker.com (the 'Site'). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited. Otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you.

The Promotion shall commence on 18.01.2023 and shall conclude on 23.04.2023 (the 'Promotion Period').

1. General

1. Participation in the Promotion is only available to registered players who: (i) maintain an account with the Website; and (ii) have deposited real money into their account with the Website prior or during the Promotion Period.
2. We may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification or suspension.
3. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Website under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
4. If you have a pending message on the Website’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
5. All times and dates are in GMT.
6. If you register or play in the UK:

   You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'UK User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy'

   The amount you are able to withdraw from your account, is subject to the Withdrawal Policy. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll.

   If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus (as further described in Section 9.2 (k) in the Terms of Service) then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the 'UK User Agreement'.

   If you do not register or play in the UK:

   You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy'

   The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll. You can find details of the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits in the 'Withdrawal Policy'.

   With respect to point 21 in the 'Bonus Policy', if we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the User Agreement; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with such 'User Agreement'

7. In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us.
8. Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account. 
9. All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) may be forfeited when making a withdrawal.
10. Deposits made with Skrill and Neteller are not eligible for the offer.

2. Eligibility

1. You may only participate in the Promotion, if you have directly received an e-mail from the Site to which these terms and conditions are linked to.
2. You must have already deposited at least once in the cashier to participate in the Promotion. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, you may use the Tournament Tickets granted to you through the 888poker email even if you have not deposited in the cashier.
3. If you play from Northern Ireland, this promotion does not apply to you.

3. The Promotion

1. All Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion, will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the necessary requirements being fulfilled.
2. Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion can be used in the following tournaments:
   • Daily Freeroll ($300 Wizard’s Wonder freeroll) - running 3 times a day during the promotion period
   • Weekly Freeroll ($2,000 Magical Mystery Bounty Freeroll) - running once a week every Sunday
   • Monthly Freeroll (Miraculous Mystery Bounty Freeroll) - running on 22.04.2023, 18.03.2023 and 22.04.2023
3. Subject to the above, in order to receive a Tournament Ticket(s) for The Daily Freeroll granted under the Promotion, a player must complete one of the following daily challenges:
   • Tournaments Challenge: Win a BLAST game, with minimum buy-in of $1
   • Sport Challenge: Place minimum bets of $2 in sports events
   • Casino Challenge: Place minimum bets of $2 in casino games
   • Cash games Challenge: Win a hand in cash games, including SNAP, with KA
   • The player can get up to 3 tickets daily by completing any combination of the daily challenges
4. Subject to the above, in order to receive 1 Tournament Ticket for the Weekly Freeroll granted under the Promotion, a player must complete 9 or more challenges in one week:
   • Tournaments Challenge: Win a BLAST game, with minimum buy-in of $1
   • Sport Challenge: Place minimum bets of $2 in sports events
   • Casino Challenge: minimum bets of $2 in casino games
   • Cash games Challenge: Win a hand in cash games, including SNAP, with KA
   • The player can get up to 3 daily freeroll tickets per day by completing any combination of the daily challenges
   • The player can get up to 2 weekly freeroll tickets per week by completing any combination of the daily challenges
   • Players are limited to up to 3 daily challenges per day to be counted towards the weekly challenge
   • The weekly freeroll will be a mystery bounty events whereby bounties amounts are revealed only after the player has been knocked out. In addition to a share of the prize pool, the top 5 players in each weekly freeroll will win an extra non-cash mystery prize. These prizes cannot be exchanged. Winners will get a pop up with the relevant details once a tournament ends.
   • Each Prize is subject to additional terms and conditions, as detailed below.
5. Subject to the above, in order to receive 1 Tournament Ticket(s) for the monthly Freeroll granted under the Promotion, a player must complete 1 monthly challenge throughout each month of promotion period. The calculation will be according to the below periods: 18.01.2023 and 18.02.2023, 19.02.2023 and 18.03.2023, 19.03.2023 and 22.04.2023
   • Win 100 hands in cash games within one month, with any card
   • Finish 5 or more tournaments (Not incl. BLAST & freerolls), in the money, within one month
   • Knock out 10 or more players in any PKO or Mystery Bounty tournaments
   • Monthly freeroll ticket(s) are valid for 40 days
   • Freerolls are limited to 18,000 players
   • The monthly freeroll guaranteed prize pool amount will be revealed 7 days before the event via pop up
   • The monthly freeroll will be a mystery bounty events whereby bounties amounts are revealed only after the player has been knocked out
6. Subject to the above, in order to receive a Scratch card and a Tournament Ticket for The Weekly Freeroll granted under the Promotion, a player must complete the following Daily Casino challenge: Complete 9 or more times within one week: Place minimum bet of $2 in casino games.
   • Offer is valid until 02.04.23.
   • Challenge must be completed within the same week (Monday-Sunday) in which player completed the challenge. Players can win a maximum of 1 Scratch card per week.
   • Scratch card is valid for 72 hours from its award.
   • Scratch cards available via popup as well as via banners in 888poker lobby.
   • Available prizes are cash prizes.
7. Subject to the above, in order to receive 1 Tournament Ticket to the last Miraculous Mystery Bounty Freeroll granted under the Promotion, a player must complete one of the following casino challenges:
   • Bet $25 or more on any roulette game
   • Win 5 or more hands of blackjack, with minimum buy-in of $1
   • Bet $25 or more on any slots
   • Challenge must be completed until 22.04.2023
   • Offer is valid until 22.04.2023
   • Players can win 1 freeroll ticket to the Miraculous Mystery Bounty Freeroll running on 22.04.2023
8. Rebuys do not count towards the Tournaments Challenge.
9. Sport bets must be placed with min. odds of ½ (1.5) or greater in order to apply for the Sport Challenge.
10. Only cash games with minimum stakes of 1¢ - 2¢ or higher apply for the Cash games challenge.
11. While playing cash games with the above stakes, only hands that reach post flop will count towards the challenge completion.
12. 'Win a Hand' is considered to be when a round is won, regardless of whether it is split with another player or if it is won with a side pot.
13. Days are counted from 00:00 GMT to 23:59 GMT.

4. Claim

In order to receive the Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion, you must respond to the claim email sent by 888poker, by clicking on the relevant link in the email within 7 days of 888poker sending the claim email to you. If you do not click the relevant link within the specified time frame, your right to receive the Tournament Ticket(s) will automatically expire.

5. Tournament Tickets

1. The Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion must be used by:
   • Daily Freeroll: tickets will expire within 7 days
   • All Tournament tickets granted under this promotion will expire by the end of the Promotion Period, unless stated otherwise. Any unused Tournament Ticket(s) will expire if not used within this time period
2. A Tournament Ticket can’t be used by a player to rebuy chips or to add chips to his/her stack during a tournament.
3. Tournament Tickets may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.

6. Bonus prize

1. Immediate bonuses awarded during the Promotion may be withdrawn only after a player has accumulated 3 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received bonus amount within 30 days of being granted. Any unused bonus will be removed from the account thereafter.
2. If you place a wager on casino games using an ‘immediate bonus” and win you will receive, depending on your account currency, up to a maximum of $500 in winnings. If your winnings exceed $500 you will only receive $500. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from the free spins.
3. Any winnings generated from bonus money, whether in whole or in part, shall be paid to the winning player as follows:(i)a payment to the player's real bankroll up to the bet amount that was funded from real money;(ii)a payment to the player's 'bonus wallet' up to the original bonus amount used to fund the bet or up to the amount that was in the player's 'bonus wallet' prior to funding the bet, whichever is greater; and (iii)a payment of remaining winnings to the player's real bankroll if associated with poker games or to the 'bonus wallet' if the general bonus was played in casino games.
4. Wagering bonus granted under the Promotion on all casino games contributes towards the wagering requirement but certain games contribute greater amounts than others. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type:

   Examples:

   • Wager $500 on Video Slots, the entire $500 (100%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.
   • Wager $500 on Roulette, $50 (10%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.
   • The bonus granted under the Promotion is valid for selected games only, when playing Casino.
   • Cash bonuses awarded during the Promotion may be withdrawn immediately with no wagering requirements.

7. Weekly Freeroll extra prizes

1. Live event package
   • The Package include- Main event entry, travel and hotel.
   • Players can choose the live event destination from the following:

     • 8-14/8/23 - 888LIVE Bucharest Festival
     • 13-29/10/23 - 888LIVE London
   • *This list and dates are not final and could change at any time.
   • The Company will contact the package winner with details of the aforementioned live event package.
   • Country restrictions apply.
2. Merchandise
   • The Winners will be contacted by 888poker after the win of the applicable Promotion Tournament to verify shipping address for merchandise delivery and contact info.
   • Winner needs to reply to 888poker contact within 7 days. If the Winner fails to respond within the aforementioned 7 days, the Winner will forfeit his\\her Prize and 888poker will not proceed to further select any alternate Winner and 888poker shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
   • By participating in this Promotion, each participant grants 888poker and its affiliates the right to use and share his\\her shipping address and contact info with third parties who provide services in relation to this Promotion, including for the purpose of facilitating the delivery of the Prize.
   • Shipping details and contact info are subject to approval by 888 (within approximately 14 days).
   • The Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, assessments, duties, customs, and other governmental charges on the Prizes.
   • 888poker reserves the right to substitute the tangible Prize hereunder with monetary prize and accordingly in lieu of delivery of the tangible Prize hereunder, 888poker shall be entitled to compensate the Winner for the equivalent monetary value
   • By participating in this Promotion, each participant and Winner holds harmless and waives any and all claims of liability or damages against 888poker and its affiliate and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or any loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the promotion, or from the award, receipt and/or use or misuse of the Prize.
