Terms and Conditions

If you play or register with the Site 888poker, the Promotion is organized by 888 corporate group, otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the contracting company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you (please see below) ('888poker', 'us' or 'we' or 'our').

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and the applicable terms of the User Agreement.

Promotion Terms

1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must:
   1. be resident and located in a territory where 888poker accepts wagers via the Site;
   2. have an active and eligible account with the Site;
   3. Eligibility will be reviewed prior to any rewards given 
   4. Must be eligible to fly to the USA (including being vaccinated and), own a legal and valid passport with valid USA visa (if required)
   5. Be over the age of 21. 
   6. Any ineligibility will result in the package being given to the next eligible participant. 
   7. The winner will be required to participate in the creation of content for the 888poker brand while in Las Vegas. The creation of content includes, but is not limited to on-camera interviews, quotes for social media, b-roll background appearances etc. 

Players located in Russia, Belarus, Latavia, Moldova, Northern Ireland, Sweden, and Denmark cannot participate in this promotion.

2. The Promotion shall commence on 04/05/2022 (once we start) and shall conclude on 15/06/2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. The prize is 1 [one] package as part of the 888poker’s Road to Las Vegas 2022 promotion
4. THE WINNER MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF A VALID PASSPORT FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS BEYOND THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT AND THE WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY VISA (IF REQUIRED) AND/OR ESTA (IF REQUIRED) TO TRAVEL TO LAS VEGAS. THE COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WINNER BEING UNABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO LACK OF APPROPRIATE TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AND THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE PRIZE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
5. All accommodation must be arranged exclusively through the “Main Event Travel” company (hereafter termed the “MET”). You will be contacted by MET approximately 10 days after you qualify to make your accommodation arrangements. After MET has contacted you, $1,500 will be credited to a MET account created under your name using your 888poker account email address. You will then be able to visit their website https://www.maineventtravel.com/and register using the same email address associated with your 888poker account and select your accommodation.
6. Please note that you are also solely responsible for booking your accommodation with MET after they have contacted you. Should your choice of hotel exceed $1,500, you will need to pay the difference in cost by credit card, or debit, directly to the hotel or to MET.
7. Please note, no refunds will be given if you check out of your accommodation or if the value of the booking is lower than the $1,500 provided. For any inquiries regarding accommodation arrangements, please feel free to contact our designated MET representative, Mark, at the following address: 888live@maineventtravel.com. Please first allow 10 days after qualifying before contacting the MET representative.
8. The Promoter will not be responsible for arranging transportation for the Winner from his/her home to the airport and from the airport to the hotel, nor any related parking expenses.
9. The Winner cannot redeem the Prize Package for cash or transfer the Prize Package in any way.
10. If the Winner is unable to attend the Event (for any reason), the monetary value of the Prize Package will not be paid to the Winner, nor will he/she be entitled to receive any part of the Prize Package.
11. To participate in the Event and to receive the travel money, the Winner will be required to sign 888poker standard LOU.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for changing flights, accommodation, and anything else relating to the itinerary after the Winner has chosen his/her travel arrangements.
13. The Promoter and any/all other of its affiliated companies are not liable for any damage, loss, expenses (including traveling and accommodation), accident, injury and/or inconvenience arising in any way that may be suffered by, or caused to any Winner, his/her properties arising out of their participation in the Event or any Event-related activities, including without limitation in connection with any COVID-19 restrictions imposed by local government authority or health agency applicable with respect to the traveling from or to the Event destination, whether connected to quarantine restrictions, entry\\ departure restrictions, or otherwise.
14. The Event will be held at the Horseshoe & Paris Hotel & Casino.
15. To register to the Event, you need to meet the designated 888poker representatives at the Hotel. A specific location will be provided at a closer date to the event.
16. Entrants must be at least 21years of age to play in the Event. All entrants to the Event will be required to produce proof of age and be further required to provide two forms of identification; at least one must show current address. This can be either two photo IDs (passport and driver’s license), or a passport and an official bill showing Winner name and address (such as a bank statement or a utility bill). Entrants who are not able to present such proof will be excluded from participation in the Event with no compensation.
17. Without derogating from the provisions of Section 13 above, the Promoter will not be responsible for arranging transportation from your home to the airport and from the airport to the Horseshoe & Paris Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, nor any related parking expenses.
18. By participating in the Event, the Winner hereby agrees to act as an ambassador for the Website at the Event, which includes wearing the branded clothing/patch provided by the Promoter exclusively throughout the duration of the Event, including at the final table.The Winner is not allowed to wear any patches related to any other online operators at the featured table.
19. By participating in the Event and winning the Prize Package, the Winner grants the Promoter, its affiliates, as well as their marketing affiliates, a world-wide, sub-licensable, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use his/her name, image, voice, appearance, likeness, statements, performance and\\or testimonials(s) as submitted to, captured and\\or otherwise recorded during the Event by the Promoter and\\or any of its affiliates and\\or third party acting on their behalf, in any manner and in any media, now known or later developed, at any time for the endorsement, promotion, advertising and marketing of the Website and the services offered thereunder, without review, further permission or any additional compensation of any amount or kind whatsoever, and the Winner expressly waives any claims against the Promoter and all its affiliates forming the 888 group of companies in this regard.
20. During the Event, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced by the tournament organizers which may include disqualification. If you are penalized or disqualified at the Event because of an infraction of the rules set forth by the tournament organizers, the Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for your entry into the Event and no refund will be provided.

23. By participating in the Promotion, each player hereby acknowledges and further agree that the Promoter and the 888 group of companies can use the player's personal data, such as name, home address, email address, telephone number, etc., ourselves or by using third party subcontractor, for the purpose of performing and facilitating the Promotion (including without limitation in respect of delivery of the Prize Package), subject to and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Each player that opts to participate in this Promotion must ensure that his\\her personal data entered during his\\her registration with the Website (including without limitation E-mail address and telephone number) is valid and correct.
24. If a player’s account on the Website has been closed or self-excluded at any time up until the Event takes place, he/she will not be eligible to receive the prize, and the monetary value of the prize will not be reimbursed.
25. By participating the promotion, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of this Promotion or the awarding or use of the Prize Package.
26. The Winner may be required to complete and sign an insurance waiver with any third-party vendor providing services in relation to the Prize Package or the Promoter prior to being allowed to take up the Prize Package. The Winner may also be required by the Promoter or by any third-party vendor providing services in relation to the Prize Package to sign further documents before delivery of the Prize Package.
27. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
28. The Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, and any of the bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified because of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification, or suspension.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the Prize Package from the Winner, without monetary compensation, if the Winner is under any investigation or his/her account with the Website is closed/blocked.
30. If you register or play in the UK:
    1. you hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'UK User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy'.
    2. Your deposit balance (defined as Transaction Balance under our Withdrawal Policy) is available for withdrawal at any time. General withdrawal terms apply - for further info see our 'Withdrawal Policy'.

    If you do not register or play in the UK:

    1. you hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy.'
    2. for further information on how you can withdraw funds from your account, please see our 'Withdrawal Policy'.
31. The Contests/Promotions/activities are not sponsored, endorsed, or managed in any way by Twitch, and are not associated with these companies. By participating in these Contests/Promotions/activities, the Participant acknowledges that their personal details may be used by 888poker for promotional purposes.
32. The mechanics of the contests:
    1. This Promotion contemplate a contest whereby 888poker will announce on any of the company's, ambassador, influencer or affiliated Twitch.tv channels, action that will be requested from the entrants. In those posts/live activities, the specific mechanics of the Contest/Promotion/activity, the prizes, number of winners along with the winner selection process will be detailed.
    2. Only one entry per user and Contest is allowed, otherwise the user will become ineligible for receiving the prizes.

33. 888poker reserves the right to exclude from the Contest/Promotion the author of any comment that is considered: (i) abusive; (ii) defamatory; (iii) slanderous; (iv) bully; (v) insulting; (vi) offensive; (vii) profane; (viii) threatening; (ix) damaging; (x) discriminatory, whether based on age, race, ethnicity, creed, nationality, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, physical disability or any other factor; (xi) obscene; (xii) promoting harassment or violence; (xiii) violating any law, rule or directive; (xiv) promoting hatred; (xv) false or misleading; or (xvi) politically sensitive or controversial.
34. Prizes cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash (in whole or in part), or transferred from a Winner to any other person, for any reason (including if a Winner is unable to use the Prize).
35. If a Participant is found to have posted an answer/reply that breaches the terms and conditions for content shared on tv (or that is in any way deemed offensive or inappropriate), he/she shall not be eligible to win a Prize.
36. The prize will be granted to eligible winning player within 14 days of promotion completion. Following such grant, winners might be contacted by a representative from 888poker, requesting their usernames/Support IDs on the Site and complete names and surnames to be provided if the same is missing. If the winners do not reply to this request within 72 (seventy-two) hours, their prize will be forfeited.

General Terms

37. Participation in this Promotion is limited to: (i) one entry per household; (ii) one entry per computer terminal; or (iii) one entry per mobile device.
38. All times and dates used in these Promotion Terms and marketing materials are in GMT.
39. The site will not be responsible for any tax liability associated with the Prize. The Winner is solely responsible for recording, paying, and accounting to any relevant governmental, taxation or other authority for any tax or other levy that may be payable in relation to the Prize.
40. All bonuses and promotional offers, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the previously mentioned, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
41. You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the "User Agreement' on our site which includes but is not limited to the "Bonus Policy” on our site.
